This project was completed for my Revit class in Spring 2019 and we were free to build anything we wanted. For this project I wanted to find an existing building to renovate. The property I chose is located in San Diego, CA and consisted of an apartment complex and a granny unit on site.  Originally the apartment complex had 8 studio apartments that were 300 sq each. So I turned the footprint of the building into 4 one bedroom apartments that were 600 sf each. The granny unit located behind the apartments was originally a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom house, but I converted it into 2 bedroom 2 bathroom because I felt it needed 2 more bathroom. This was the first project where I used an existing floorpan and changed how I saw fit which was very fun for me and I loved the way it turned out.
